AMTA-Illinois Office
The Chapter Board contracts with an association management company, Solutions for Associations, Inc. (SFA), to carry out administrative functions for the Chapter. After a successful initial two-year contract with SFA, the Chapter Board renewed the contract with this firm in 2005.

Patrick Nutter assists the Chapter as Member Services Manager. He has more than 30 years experience in management and administration with the U.S. Department of Labor. He serves as the primary association contact, answering basic member questions and providing member services.

Lisa DeVries acts as the Chapter Services Coordinator, managing the day-to-day operations of the Illinois Chapter Office as well as the production of the In Touch Newsletter. She has more than seven years of association management experience in a wide variety of areas. Lisa obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Catherine Kasper serves as the Administrative Director of the Illinois Chapter, overseeing all of its various activities. Her 12 years of association management experience includes working with other health care professionals on a variety of administrative and management levels. Catherine obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from St. Norbert College.

John Kasper is the President of SFA and provides senior management oversight to the SFA staff working with the Illinois Chapter. He has both a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Personnel from Loyola University Chicago and a Ph.D. in public policy analysis from the University of Illinois at Chicago. John has been a Certified Association Executive (as designated by the American Society of Association Executives) since 1988.

Michael White serves as the Assistant Administrative Director of the Illinois Chapter, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Chapter Office and acts as the primary liaison between the Chapter Board and Office Staff.  Michael is a graduate of Northern Illinois University where he majored in Political Science with an emphasis in political structure and American law.  He has two years of experience in the association management industry.
